Dr. Sarah Kreps serves as the John L. Wetherill Professor and Director of the Tech Policy Institute at Cornell University, while also holding a position as a non-resident senior fellow at Brookings Institution's AI and Emerging Technology Initiative. As a former U.S. Air Force officer, she has authored five books and numerous publications on emerging technologies, digital currencies, and national security. She holds degrees from Harvard, Oxford, and Georgetown, and brings extensive expertise in the political economy of security and technology policy through her work at Cornell's Law School and Johnson School of Business's Fintech Initiative.
