Anaïse Kanimba
Rwandan Human Rights Advocate and Bitcoin Educator

Anaïse Kanimba is a global development expert and human rights activist, and the daughter of Paul Rusesabagina—the real-life hero of Hotel Rwanda. She successfully led an international campaign that secured her father’s release from wrongful detention in Rwanda between 2020 and 2023. A prominent voice on transnational repression and human rights, her work has been featured in The Washington Post, CNN, and other major outlets. She currently works at Ridgely Walsh, advising transformational companies and causes while continuing her advocacy against authoritarian regimes.
